• Proficient in advanced Excel and Outlook calendar management.
• Experience with MS Planner, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Forms.
• Ability to create clean PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience using generative AI tools for task acceleration.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross-team liaison.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain local training schedules across functional streams, attendee groups, trainers and locations; proactively resolve conflicts and last-minute changes
• Manage learner rosters, invitations, reminders, cancellations and daily attendance; follow up with absent participants and coordinate catch-up sessions
• Track daily attendance using tools like Microsoft Excel and Planner; manage automated follow-up communications, recordings, and catch-up invites
• Ensure all room bookings, room setups, Teams links, equipment, and digital/printed materials are set up prior to each session
• Attend assigned training sessions to manage check-in, assist trainers with logistics, resolve technical issues, and keep sessions running on time
• Plan and execute local project events and milestone celebrations, including catering setups and room logistics in line with budget guidelines
• Support organizing snacks, refreshments, and engagement activities to maintain high energy and positive morale
• Record designated sessions where approval has been obtained, capture questions and answers, and follow up with relevant owners on open items
• Consolidate attendance, quizzes, feedback and Q&A results; provide regular status updates on completion, risks and gaps
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for key users, managers, and participants regarding scheduling and logistical inquiries
