Job summary

Coforge in the Philippines (Metro Manila) is hiring Learning Operations to support training programs across instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid formats. You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate schedules, venues, and resources, and ensure programs align with policies.

You will use SuccessFactors to handle end-to-end learning activities, collate participation and completion data, and generate reports to drive improvements. At least two years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• End-to-end learning operations experience.
• Familiarity with LMS and training policies.
• Able to coordinate training events and logistics.
• Strong data reporting and analytics for training programs.

Responsibilities

• Support training operations by implementing training strategies and plans.
• Manage day-to-day training operations for ILT, VILT, and hybrid training, and ensure programs align with policies.
• Provide support to training design and delivery for engaging learning experiences.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and resource allocation.
