• Oversees day-to-day operations of the Learning Services Team, setting weekly goals and monitoring performance.
• Allocates resources to ensure delivery of assigned tasks.
• Coordinates with LS Supervisors in training resource reservation and allocation.
• Works with LS Coordinator to procure and manage training supplies for new hires.
• Generates internal and external training reports and analyzes data.
• Designs and implements training plans to improve agent and trainee performance.
• Coaches, mentors, and conducts performance discussions with LS team members.
