Job summary

PlayTime Entertainment in Taguig, Metro Manila, is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support planning, delivery, and onboarding of training programs, plus skills development initiatives across the organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, HR, Events, or related functions is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Creative and proactive in developing employee engagement initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Learning & Development Programs: Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of employee training programs, including onboarding, skills development, orientations, and other learning initiatives.
• Support Employee Engagement Activities: Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, recognition programs, company events, wellness activities, and other culture-building programs.
• Manage Training Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training attendance, learning activities, certifications, and other relevant employee development data. Prepare necessary reports and updates.
• Promote Employee Participation: Coordinate with different departments and employees to encourage participation in training and engagement initiatives. Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve program participation.
• Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Collect and analyze feedback from participants to assess the effectiveness of training and engagement activities and recommend improvements for future programs.
• Support Employee Development: Assist in identifying learning needs and development opportunities in coordination with managers and department heads.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors or training providers to ensure the smooth execution of learning and engagement programs.
