Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a Learning Administration Specialist to support employees' access to training and development programs. You will handle inquiries via ServiceNow, email, and other channels, ensuring a seamless learning experience.

You will coordinate training activities, manage communications and scheduling, and partner with learning academies and HR partners to resolve issues while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in learning administration, training coordination, HR operations, shared services, or customer support.
• Strong customer service mindset with a passion for delivering excellent experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Experience with ServiceNow and/or Workday is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and accurately to learning-related requests and inquiries.
• Coordinate training administration activities and support end-to-end learning processes.
• Manage learning communications, scheduling activities, and training logistics.
• Identify exceptions, provide recommendations, and escalation concerns when needed.
• Partner with learning academies and stakeholders to resolve employee concerns.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting service level agreements and quality standards.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance employee experience and team effectiveness.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
