Job summary

AIA (Web) is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences across diverse audiences. You will leverage instructional design, UX design, and content design to develop impactful learning solutions in a finance/insurance context.

Responsibilities include designing materials, scripts, usability testing, and data-driven improvements, while collaborating with subject matter experts and learners to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, IT, business management, or education.
• At least 2 years in training, learning, or human development.
• Experience in Finance or Insurance industry preferred.
• Familiar with MS Office and content authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging instructional materials and modules.
• Write learner-friendly instructional text and scripts.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop learning solutions.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback.
• Lead and manage learning projects and pilots.
