Qualifications

• Experience creating, editing, or maintaining technical, educational, or instructional content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with AI-assisted writing, editing, and content development tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Wamiliarity with instructional design and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, maintain, and modernize educational content for Avid Learning programs.
• Create student guides, instructor guides, assessments, and online training materials.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Collaborate with instructors, product teams, SMEs, and stakeholders to develop courses and certifications.
• Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, and instructional effectiveness.
• Validate procedures within Avid software applications and test workflows.
• Prepare content for deployment in Avid Learning Central and other platforms.
• Support content modernization initiatives and certification program enhancements.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate content creation and maintenance.
• Ensure content adheres to quality standards and real-world workflows.
