Job summary

HR TechX Corp in the Philippines is seeking a Learning and Development Designer to lead design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning solutions, blending instructional design, learning science, emerging technologies, and generative AI to create impactful experiences.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance needs, establish success metrics, apply AI to content and assessments, set standards, govern content, and ensure scalable learning architecture

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
4+ years of instructional design experience with a portfolio.
Experience using generative AI in learning design with measurable outcomes.
Proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with SCORM and/or xAPI.
Excellent English writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design digital, blended, and instructor-led learning experiences grounded in instructional design.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, success metrics, and solutions.
Apply generative AI to content, scenarios, assessments, and localization.
Maintain instructional standards, accessibility, governance, and learning architecture.
Analyze learner data and program results to improve experiences.
Coordinate learning operations, including scheduling, enrollment, and logistics.
Coordinate with external providers and technology partners.
Lead coaching, mentoring, leadership development, and onboarding initiatives.
Maintain organized, scalable learning content and platform data.
