Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Social Sciences, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience delivering learning administration services and class management.
• Strong focus on confidentiality and handling sensitive data in HR processes.
• Ability to manage inquiries and produce timely, accurate reports.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and meet KPI/SLA targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning administration services per KPIs and SLAs.
• Follow work instructions to ensure policy compliance.
• Provide admin support for learning and development including class management and reporting.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues via ServiceNow.
• Support leadership to meet training and development goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR data and handle sensitive information securely.
