• 2+ years in HR Operations/HR Generalist in Shared Services or BPO.
• Experience with HR systems (Employee Central, MyLearning, SuccessFactors) and case management (ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning administration services per KPIs and SLAs.
• Provide admin support for learning and development including pre/post sessions, vendor coordination and payments management.
• Initiate purchase requisitions for training expenses and ensure procurement policy compliance.
• Facilitate cross-charging of training costs to cost centers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and support learning needs and respond to inquiries via ServiceNow.

As part of the overall company strategy to drive quality-based, cost-efficient, and timely service delivery, this role will be part of the Manila Hub - GES Employee Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing learning administration support to the designated country or business adhering to the established KPIs and SLAs. Key responsibilities include overseeing tasks such as class management, payments management, reporting, inquiry management and stakeholder management.

Your Role

• Deliver learning administration services as per agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Follow established work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational policies.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for learning and development including pre/post sessions activities, vendor coordination and payments management.
• Initiate purchase requisitions for training-related expenses, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Facilitate cross-charging of participants’ training costs to appropriate cost centers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and support their learning administration needs.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure accurate resolution via ServiceNow.
• Actively work to achieve agreed and identified performance objectives in alignment with the Employee Services Leadership Team.
• Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and provide constructive feedback.
• Work with the Leadership Team to meet agreed training and development goals.
• Assess if customer requirements are being met effectively.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to varying shift or work schedule requirements and operation hours in-order to fulfill real time business requirements.
• Understanding and compliance of confidentiality requirements to perform HR activities due to the sensitive nature of the work.
• Ensure that all HR personnel data and sensitive information are kept confidential.

• Accountable on class and e-learnings management, vendor payment, reporting and inquiry management through tools and systems usage in relation to requests from the business sectors and HR organization.
• Understanding confidentiality requirements to perform HR activities due to the sensitive nature of the work such as personnel data and sensitive information.
• Contributes to organizational success by building effective partnerships, aligning stakeholders on priorities, and coordinating resources to minimize delays, enhance accountability, and achieve targeted business outcomes.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or any equivalent degree.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience specializing in an HR Operations or HR Generalist function from a Shared Services or BPO organization.
• Understanding and experience in the use of HR systems and tools (i.e. Employee Central, MyLearning, Success Factors, etc.).
• Understanding and experience in the use of Case Management systems and tools (i.e. Service Now).
• Adequate experience in using MS Office applications.
• Demonstrates strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables and results.
• Able to work well with others in a team environment and can work effectively with stakeholders.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs and expectations.
