Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Team Lead, JNJ Learn GSC Learning Admin in Taguig. You will lead a team of CARE agents responsible for end-to-end learning administration, providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, and operational frameworks to ensure high-quality services.

You will manage case workflows in ServiceNow and IRIS, escalate issues, and partner with regional stakeholders to deliver a world-class learner experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in learning administration or HR systems.
• Experience with LMS (Cornerstone OnDemand or SuccessFactors).
• Knowledge of Service Center/Helpdesk technologies and ticketing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in a complex matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Learn CARE agents handling enterprise learning cases, administration, and Level 1 helpdesk support.
• Lead daily operations, monitor queues, and ensure service continuity.
• Provide coaching and guidance on learning administration best practices and processes.
• Oversee QA findings and corrective actions for learning administration work.
