Job Summary
The Learning & Development Associate is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of employee learning and development programs across the organization. This role supports continuous learning, employee engagement, and professional growth by making training relevant, effective, and aligned with business goals. We're looking for a highly organized, energetic, creative individual who can effectively engage employees and contribute to a skilled, motivated workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting training needs assessments in coordination with department heads and employees.
- Support the development and implementation of annual training and development plans.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external training programs, workshops, seminars, and learning activities.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, attendance records, and evaluation forms.
- Monitor employee participation and completion of required and developmental training programs.
- Maintain and update training records, learning databases, and employee development documentation.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training monitoring.
- Assist in the implementation of employee development initiatives and career growth programs.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Help organize employee engagement activities that promote learning, teamwork, and company values.
- Encourage employee participation in learning and development opportunities.
- Work closely with department leaders to identify opportunities for employee growth and capability building.
- Prepare training reports, documentation, and related records.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of training documents and employee development records.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with mandatory training requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate with external training providers, consultants, and learning partners when necessary.
- Provide support to various Human Resources initiatives and projects.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in Learning and Development, Training, Human Resources, Employee Engagement, or related functions is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship, academic, or organizational experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creative in developing engaging learning activities and employee programs.
- Energetic, proactive, and passionate about employee growth and development.
- Able to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Rizal, Palawan.
