Job summary

Merck Group is seeking an HR Operations Manager in Metro Manila to lead a team delivering efficient, accurate HR administration. You will monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs, manage talent reviews, and drive continuous improvement across Shared Services.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR operations, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and experience with HR systems like LMS, SAP P40, and SuccessFactors. Willingness to work in Taguig with a flexible schedule is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR management, psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles in a Shared Services or BPO.
• Experience with HR systems such as LMS, SAP P40, and SuccessFactors.
• Familiarity with case management tools like Service Now and Neocase.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and MS Office skills.
• Willingness to work in Taguig City with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver admin services per KPIs and SLAs.
• Track and measure service delivery against KPIs/SLAs with leadership.
• Guide performance management cycles and talent development.
• Drive continuous improvement and team development.
• Engage MSPs and stakeholders and collaborate across the organization.
• Ensure confidentiality of HR data and sensitive information.
• Support Learning & Development Operations in talent and performance cycles.
• Collaborate across levels and teams to meet organizational goals.
