Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking an HR Admin Support Team Leader in Metro Manila. The role leads a cluster within Shared Services, steering transactional HR administration across day, mid, and night shifts within a centralized ticketing framework.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in supervisory HR roles, strong HRIS and data integrity skills, and experience with ticketing tools. The position offers a hybrid work setup and career growth within a globally recognized provider.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory/lead experience in HR records, contracts, benefits, or inquiries.
• Experience in BPO/Shared Services serving multi-vertical accounts preferred.
• Hands-on HRIS data integrity experience (Workday/SAP SuccessFactors).
• Familiar with ticketing tools for SLA tracking and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end employee records, contracts, status updates, and exits.
• Track renewals and action 30 days before expiration.
• Onboarding and offboarding from pre-employment to exit.
• Maintain HRIS accuracy and data audits.
