Job summary

Merck KGaA in the Philippines is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to provide administrative support across HR functions, ensuring accuracy and timely responses. You will handle payroll-related data, onboarding documentation, and HR system updates to maintain data integrity.

You will collaborate with regional stakeholders and the local HR team to execute Recruitment, Onboarding, and People development initiatives while maintaining strict confidentiality and delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR or HR operations.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support on defined HR functionalities anchored on KPIs and SLAs focused on quality, timeliness, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with country and regional stakeholders in the execution of HR services.
• Work with the local HR Operations team based in different countries in North America in the sustained and smooth delivery of Recruitment and Onboarding activities.
• Work with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence stakeholders for Talent Development and Talent Acquisition to realize country-specific people priorities and align on program implementation as needed.
• Proactively gather payroll and personnel-related information; create offer letters and onboarding-related documentation.
