The role reports to the Team Lead, R/O Services APAC, UK-IE, MEA and North America, overseeing Tier 1 HR functions such as case management and customer inquiry handling, data management, personnel administration, organization management, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience with HRIS and case management exposure.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems such as SAP/Workday/PeopleSoft.
• Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support on defined HR functionalities anchored on KPIs and SLAs.
• Collaborate with country and regional stakeholders in the execution of HR services.
• Maintain and administer employee information in HR systems like Employee Central and SAP.
• Assist with payroll onboarding documentation and vendor management tasks.
• Ensure timely, professional handling of customer inquiries and cases.
