• Ability to design and develop training programs and materials.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders/HR to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify capability gaps.
• Design and develop learning curricula, modules, and development programs.
• Facilitate learning sessions, workshops, and development programs.
• Coordinate end-to-end training implementation including scheduling and logistics.
• Monitor engagement and learning effectiveness; report outcomes.
• Maintain training records and support learning systems.
