You will partner with HR and business leaders to assess needs, design curricula, manage annual learning plans and budgets, and ensure effective delivery through internal and external providers. The role emphasizes collaboration and a proactive learning culture, with a hybrid setup in Ortigas, Pasig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least four years in Learning & Development or HR with a focus on training and employee development.
• Experience in training needs analysis, curriculum/program development, facilitation, learning evaluation, and project coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience working with external training vendors or shared services is an advantage.
• Willing to work on a hybrid arrangement in Ortigas, Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs assessments and translate insights into development initiatives.
• Develop and manage annual learning plans, training calendars, and budgets for assigned units.
• Customize learning solutions based on different employee groups, functions, or teams.
• Design, organize, and facilitate learning programs aligned with the company framework and objectives.
• Coordinate with internal SMEs and external training providers for delivery of interventions.
• Monitor quality and effectiveness of programs and recommend improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
• Help maintain a positive learning culture by promoting continuous development across the organization.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least four (4) years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Human Resources with a strong focus on training and employee development.
• Hands-on experience in training needs analysis, curriculum or program development, facilitation, learning evaluation, and project coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams and business functions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience working with external training vendors or shared services is an advantage.
• Willing to work on a hybrid arrangement in Ortigas, Pasig.
