Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation is hiring a Learning & Development Specialist to drive organizational growth through impactful learning programs. The role emphasizes training facilitation, end-to-end program execution, TNA, LMS administration, and continuous improvement to boost employee capability and performance.

You will facilitate programs, manage multiple projects, and ensure alignment with business goals through effective stakeholder collaboration and rigorous evaluation of training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, training facilitation, or related role
• Experience with end-to-end L&D program management preferred

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging training programs (virtual, classroom, blended)
• Manage multiple learning programs and development projects
• Support end-to-end L&D processes including coordination, delivery and evaluation
• Administer and manage the LMS including course uploads, tracking, reporting
• Lead Training Needs Analysis activities to identify capability gaps
• Support implementation and communication of training policies and processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business goals
• Monitor training effectiveness and propose improvements
• Develop and enhance training modules, tools, and materials
• Maintain training records and reports

We’re Hiring: Learning & Development Specialist

Department: Human Resources
Location: Head Office – Makati
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Setup: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH; no weekends)
Work Schedule: Semi-flexible

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and capable Learning & Development Specialist to support organizational growth by delivering impactful learning programs and managing learning initiatives. This role focuses on training facilitation, end-to-end L&D program execution, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), LMS administration, and continuous improvement to enhance employee capability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging training programs (virtual, classroom, and blended learning)

• Manage multiple learning programs and development projects simultaneously

• Support the end-to-end L&D process including program coordination, delivery, and evaluation

• Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) including course uploads, tracking, and reporting

• Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA) activities to identify capability gaps

• Support the implementation and communication of training policies, guidelines, and processes

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business goals

• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements

• Develop and enhance training modules, tools, and materials

• Maintain training records, reports, and documentation

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field

• At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, training facilitation, or a related role

• Experience in end-to-end L&D program management is preferred

• Learning & Development certification is a plus
