Job summary

Milagrita Global Food Corporation is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist for Samgyupsalamat to design engaging training programs that support restaurant operations and employee growth.

You will create curricula, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, assess program effectiveness, and partner with Operations, HR, and department heads to close competency gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Liberal Arts, HRM or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Instructional Design, or Organizational Development, preferably in food & beverage, retail, or hospitality.
• Experience in developing training programs, learning materials, and competency-based training frameworks.
• Strong instructional design, content writing, and presentation development skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with e-learning or graphic design tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement learning and development programs aligned with business objectives.
• Conceptualize and create training curricula, learning paths, facilitator guides, participant manuals, e-learning modules, presentations, and other training materials.
• Develop and standardize training programs, operating standards, and learning resources for restaurant operations and support functions.
• Conduct training needs analysis and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and department heads to identify competency gaps and learning priorities.
• Ensure all learning materials are current, engaging, and aligned with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously improve learning content.
• Support the implementation of leadership development, onboarding, compliance, and skills enhancement programs.
• Maintain and organize learning documentation, training records, and content libraries.
