• Bachelor's degree in HR/related field.
• 4+ years in Learning & Development or HR with a focus on training and employee development.
• Experience in training needs analysis, curriculum/program development, facilitation, learning evaluation and project coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple learning initiatives.
• Experience with external training vendors or shared services is a plus.
• Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement in Ortigas, Pasig.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least four (4) years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Human Resources with a strong focus on training and employee development.
• Hands-on experience in training needs analysis, curriculum or program development, facilitation, learning evaluation, and project coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams and business functions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience working with external training vendors or shared services is an advantage.
• Willing to work on a hybrid arrangement in Ortigas, Pasig.
