Swissôtel Clark invites applications for a leadership role in the Rooms Division. This position provides supervision, direction and accountability to ensure efficient, profitable operations across all Rooms Division departments and alignment with sales, profitability and quality goals.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Tourism, 2–5 years in Front Office or hospitality management, and a proven ability to lead a guest-focused team while maintaining high

Qualifications

• Graduate of four-year collegiate course (BS HRM or BS Tourism Management) or related field.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in Front Office operations or hospitality/hotel management.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction; ability to handle complaints professionally.
• Proven track record of leading a team in a customer-facing role.
• Clear verbal and written communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to think quickly and resolve issues efficiently.

Job Description

This position is responsible for providing supervision, leadership and direction to ensure efficient, effective and profitable operations of all departments under Rooms Division; this position is also responsible for achieving sales, profitability and quality goals for the Rooms Division by developing and executing marketing strategies controlling costs and providing quality service and products to guest

Qualifications

• Graduate of four (4) year collegiate course, preferably in Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Manager & Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management or any related course;
• Minimum of 2-5 year of relevant experience in Front Office operations or hospitality or hotel management;
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and handling complaints professionally;
• Proven track record of leading a team in a customer-facing role;
• Clear verbal and written communication with guests and team members;
• Quick thinking and resourceful in resolving guest or operational issues;
• Attention to detail, deadline and results oriented, trustworthy, responsible with positive work attitude and sense of ownership.
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (Opera)
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently;
