Job summary

Swissôtel Clark is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead the food and beverage operations for the outlet, ensuring performance aligns with business goals and brand standards.

You will coordinate with the Cluster F&B Director, Culinary and Marketing teams to develop annual plans, implement profit-enhancing initiatives, and drive memberships and guest engagement while maintaining stringent cost controls and quality service.

Qualifications

Diploma in Hospitality Management/FB preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
Basic understanding of local languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

Plan outlet budget and review monthly revenue and expenditure.
Analyze and submit month-end reports and identify deviations from business plan goals.
Participate in management meetings to review progress and develop annual outlet plans.
Plan and implement profit enhancement initiatives with F&B Director and related departments.
Maintain control measures to ensure costs align with budget.

Plan for outlet budget and review forecast on revenue and expenditure on monthly basic.
Analyze and submit month-end reports and identify deviation from business plan goals.
Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the outlet.
Plan, implement, and evaluate profit enhancement initiatives in collaboration with Cluster F&B Director, the Culinary and Marketing Departments, while also driving Accor All and Accor Explorer membership enrollments to achieve departmental targets.
Implement and maintain control measures to ensure that food & beverage costs, productivity, labor costs and operating supply costs for the outlet is in line with budget.

Qualifications

Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred
Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities
