People Work Smart Services Philippines Inc. is seeking an HR Training Manager to own the PWS Academy, shaping strategy, curating programs, and coordinating with external partners.

The role focuses on onboarding, compliance, soft skills, and career development, with hands-on leadership and a drive toward AI-enabled content creation. You will build scalable training processes, manage calendars and budgets, and mentor a growing team as the Academy expands, staying ahead of AI trends and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years in Training & Development, incl. design and facilitation.
• Experience building structured training programs and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own the PWS Academy strategy, structure, branding, calendar, and roadmap.
• Design and deliver onboarding, compliance, soft-skills, role-specific, and professional development programs.
• Manage end-to-end OJT, university partnerships, and vendor relationships.
