Job summary

Megaworld Corporation is seeking a seasoned Learning & Development leader in Metro Manila to map training tracks, design leadership programs, and drive competency assessments. The role focuses on delivering impactful learning experiences, applying ADDIE and adult learning principles, and leveraging LMS tools to scale development across leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years in training and project management; leadership development preferred.
• 5+ years in supervisory/management roles in learning and development or leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Familiar with ADDIE, adult learning principles, and evaluation levels.
• Experience supervising teams.
• Agile; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to attend matters as assigned by the L&D head and make independent decisions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Canva, Capcut, TikTok, reels, and social media content development.
• Proficient in using LMS across design, implementation and management.
• Certifications or postgraduate studies are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Map training tracks and schedules; design programs for leaders.
• Manage learning needs analysis and competency assessments.
• Design learning experiences based on analysis results.
• Determine instructional strategies and develop targeted learning interventions.
• Manage and conduct learning plans through engaging sessions.
• Evaluate effectiveness of learning interventions and adjust accordingly.
• Take ownership of leadership guidance anchored to the manager’s experiences.
• Infuse new learning methodologies to strengthen the company’s learning interventions.
• Coach and mentor fellow L&D associates for growth.
• Report to the chief learning officer and L&D head via delegated chain of command.
