You will deliver instructor-led and virtual sessions for supervisors and managers, measure program impact with analytics, and drive continuous improvement through innovation and AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Significant experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs.
• Proven consulting, stakeholder management, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership development strategy, curricula, and learning pathways across ITSS.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify capability needs and prioritise initiatives.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences for leaders.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using metrics and learner feedback.
• Drive AI enablement and leadership upskilling initiatives.
