Job summary

Filinvest Hospitality Corporation seeks a senior L&D leader to design, deliver and evolve its learning and development portfolio in Manila. The Head will establish and manage an annual portfolio review and planning process, while leading ongoing design, delivery and evaluation of interventions to drive measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes translating learning needs into development goals, developing creative strategies and ensuring portfolio relevance and impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder with 15+ years of design and delivery experience.
• Experience in talent management and succession planning.
• Extensive knowledge of learning principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; exposure to Software & Platforms Services is a plus.

Job description

This role will lead the design, delivery and evolution of Filinvest Group's L&D portfolio, ensuring the most effective and impactful delivery channels are deployed. The Head will establish and manage an annual portfolio review and planning process as well as leading the day to day design, delivery and evaluation of interventions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead annual planning, design, delivery and evaluation process to maintain and up to date, relevant L&D portfolio
• Develop creative strategies, methodologies and tools during implementation
• Ensure relevance and impact of the L&D portfolio
• Understand the current and evolving learning and development needs and priorities
• Translate learning needs into development goals.
• Think big, think outside the box and establish a simple, effective method translating great ideas into interventions that deliver specific outcomes.

Qualifications:
