Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) invites applications for an L&D Assistant to support the administration and coordination of training programs in Ermita, Manila. The role handles scheduling, venue logistics, and records, enabling smooth hybrid and on-site sessions.

Responsibilities include managing enrollment feedback, updating training records, preparing certificates, and assisting with payment documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education or HR.
• Open to fresh graduates; prior experience in training or events coordination is a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; experience with virtual meeting platforms for hybrid training setups.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a Learning Management System.

Responsibilities

• Update training calendar regularly.
• Reserves training rooms, venues, and other suitable locations for training sessions.
• Sets up and supports hybrid and on-site training sessions, ensuring a smooth experience for both in person and remote participants.
