• Proficient in designing and developing training materials, including e-learning content.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify training needs and develop solutions.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to tailor training to different learning styles.
• Familiarity with project management and change management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver tailored training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the organisation's employees.
• Assess training needs by conducting surveys, interviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning content.
• Facilitate interactive training sessions and workshops using a variety of delivery methods.
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
• Maintain training records and provide progress reports to management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
