Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking a Finance Specialist to join its Finance - Planning and Analysis team in Ermita, Manila. The role focuses on financial reporting, data analysis, and delivering insights to support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Accountancy or Finance, at least 2 years in financial reporting or FP&A, and strong communication and Excel skills. CPA/CMA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/degree in Accountancy or Finance/ Banking.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial reporting, planning and analysis.
• CPA or CMA license is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Data analysis and proficiency in spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and financial analysis techniques for forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Generates, evaluates, and presents financial reports to provide insights for stakeholders.
• Prepares financial forecasts and projections to support business planning.
• Collaborates with other functions to evaluate financial opportunities and assess potential returns or improvements.
