Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation is seeking a Business Development Administrator to plan, coordinate, execute and monitor business development initiatives, industry events, trade activities, and marketing engagement that support FELCO’s growth objectives. The role is based in Ermita, Manila and reports to the Sales Support Group Assistant Manager, with a dynamic, business-facing focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Engineering, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing support, business development support, administrative operations, or related functions.
• Experience in handling project leads, bids, or pipeline tracking. Handling industry events, exhibits, conferences, sponsorship activities, or project coordination.
• Comfortable with fieldwork; preferably with a driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute business development activities, events, trade shows, exhibits.
• Ensure completion of event requirements, permits, registrations, and logistical arrangements in coordination with the marketing team.
• Track and monitor business opportunities throughout the sales pipeline, from lead generation to bid submission and sales conversion.
• Coordinate the preparation, production, distribution, and deployment of promotional materials and marketing collaterals.
