Job summary

BPI DIRECT BANKO,INC. A SAVINGS BANK is seeking a dynamic Training Assistant to support learning and development initiatives, coordinate training programs, and help in documenting JDs and organizational structures. The role focuses on employee development, engaging learning materials, and smooth program logistics.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for development, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to manage learning projects and company events while maintaining organized records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed.
• 1 year of experience in Learning & Development or HR, or strong internship background.
• Experience facilitating training sessions and employee programs is a plus.
• Familiarity with Job Descriptions, organizational structures and HR processes.
• Proficient in MS Office; design tools like Canva or Adobe are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement training programs and orientations.
• Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Facilitate sessions, onboarding, and learning activities as needed.
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, attendance, and records.
• Develop engaging training materials and internal communications.
• Maintain training records and learning databases.
• Support JD development, TOs, and organizational design activities.
• Host and assist in employee engagement activities and events.
