Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably Behavioral Arts or Science.
• 8–10 years' experience in learning and development.
• Extensive knowledge in training needs analysis and design and development of training programs.
• Adept at facilitating classroom and virtual training.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Supports the training needs of two to three Business Units.
• Establishes regular engagement with the Business Units and HR Business Partners to understand development needs.
• Conducts training needs analysis to determine relevant learning solutions.
• Implements approved training programs with stakeholders and external vendors as needed.
• Evaluates training requests from business units.
• Develops and facilitates training programs.
• Prepares post‑program reports and suggests process improvements.
