Job summary

BPI DIRECT BANKO, INC. A SAVINGS BANK is seeking an Organizational Development Associate to design and maintain organizational structures, TOs, and JDs while facilitating training and company events.

You will craft visually engaging learning materials and support workforce planning and change initiatives within a collaborative team. The role emphasizes strong facilitation and hosting skills, experience with design tools like Canva and the Adobe suite, and excellent communication to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR, OD, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR, Learning & Development, or Employee Engagement.
• Experience in developing organization structures, Tables of Organization (TOs), and Job Descriptions (JDs).
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and hosting capabilities.
• Proficiency with Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain organizational structures and TOs.
• Create and standardize Job Descriptions to ensure role clarity.
• Assist in workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and change management.
• Maintain accurate records of org charts, manpower, and role documentation.
• Facilitate / host company events such as town halls and engagement activities.
• Coordinate learning logistics and monitor program participation and completion.
