Job summary

RCBC is seeking a seasoned Learning and Development professional to design and oversee bank employee training programs in Metro Manila. The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs and external consultants to ensure updated, compliant content and effective delivery.

The candidate should have a psychology/behavioral science background with a strong track record in HR-L&D, customer service training, and needs analysis, complemented by excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Behavioral Science or any related course.
• Preferably with 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning and Development.
• Experience on customer service training, human resources processes/concepts, and training needs analysis.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation/platform skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with SME or External Consultant regarding training materials and ensures it is updated.
• Prepares logistics, including checking all training equipment are arranged and accounted for after training, and ensures that assigned program is conducted on the agreed schedule.
• Manages the training database, eLearning facility, and handles the required reportorial requirements of the division.
• Acts as main facilitator or alternate/co-facilitator and Program Manager for assigned training and RCBC University programs.
• Manages the External Training application of bank colleagues by ensuring all related documents are submitted (forms, contracts, payment request) and prepares budget certification.
• Ensures that the L&D policy is complied with and enforced in the course of duty.
• Keeps abreast of BSP MORB updates and Bank policies as specified in MTPP and adheres to said policies.

How will you contribute:

• Coordinates with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or External Consultant regarding training materials and ensures that it is updated.
• Prepares logistics, including checking all training equipment are arranged and accounted for after training, and ensures that assigned program is conducted on the agreed schedule.
• Manages the training database, eLearning facility, and handles the following reportorial requirements of the division
• Acts as main facilitator or alternate/co-facilitator and Program Manager for assigned training and RCBC University programs.
• Manages the External Training application of bank colleagues by ensuring that all related documents/requirements are submitted i.e. forms, contracts, payment request, and prepares budget certification.
• Ensures that the L&D policy is complied with and enforced in the course of duty.
• Keeps abreast of updates on BSP policies as stipulated in the Manual of Regulations for Banks (MORB) and Bank policies as specified in the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Program (MTPP) through circulars, required seminars/programs and adheres to said policies.
