Job summary

YAHSHUA Outsourcing Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Training and Development Officer to own the full training lifecycle—from needs analysis and program design to facilitation and measurement.

The role requires analytical thinking, organization, and a learner-centric approach, with responsibilities spanning TNA, curriculum development, and evaluation across technical and soft skills. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, HR, Business, Communications or related field.
• 1–2 years hands-on experience in Learning & Development, Training, or OD.
• Proven end-to-end training cycle experience including TNA, curriculum development, facilitation, assessment and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training Needs Analysis to identify knowledge and performance gaps.
• Design and develop technical and soft skills training programs.
• Create materials, facilitator guides, manuals, presentations, and assessments.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and hybrid trainings with learner-centered approaches.
• Develop evaluation tools and measure training effectiveness.
• Maintain training records, calendars, and post-training analytics.
• Explore AI tools and digital tech to enhance learning and productivity.
