Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Learning and Development Manager for our retail client in the Philippines. You will develop and implement L&D strategies, design training programs and collaborate with department heads to identify needs.

You will manage budgets, evaluate programs, stay updated on industry trends and coordinate with external providers. This is a permanent, full-time role offering opportunities for growth in a fast-moving retail environment.
