Job summary

Paramount Human Resource Multi-purpose Cooperative in Quezon City is seeking an early-career Learning and Development Specialist for an on-site role. No prior experience required; a bachelor’s degree is enough to start.

You will help design and deliver training initiatives to boost employee performance across departments. You will assess training needs, develop curricula, facilitate workshops, and maintain training materials, while collaborating with HR and operations.

Qualifications

• Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Education or related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years in Learning and Development.
• Skills: Organization Development, Training, and Coaching proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
