Qualifications

• Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Education or related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years in Learning and Development.
• Skills: Organization Development, Training, and Coaching proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective training programs for employees.
• Conduct assessments to identify training needs and gaps in skills.
• Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to enhance employee performance.
