As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Callbox, you will be a key player in the dynamic process of identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and navigating leads through the sales pipeline. Your primary responsibility is to execute meticulously crafted sales programs, engage potential customers across diverse channels, and collaborate seamlessly with your Production Manager and Client Success Managers to ensure the success of each program.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience inacor Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, or Marketing, with proficiency in LinkedIn and sales strategies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to work in an office-based setup.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales outreach, including cold‑calling, email, and social media engagement, to identify, attract, and maintain a constant pipeline of potential customers.
- Delivery effective sales pitches and scripts tailored to specific customer needs and interests to convert potential leads into customers.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with prospective clients, including pre‑qual તેનોing leads, arranging sales presentations and consultations, and ensuring sustained engagement throughout different follow‑ups.
- Provide comprehensive detailsabout products or services, address customer inquiries effectively, while proactively source potential customer data from various channels and diligently follow up on sales inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
- Accurately document customer details, responses, and transactional information, maintaining a meticulous log of interactions and lead progress.
- Conduct market research and client surveys to collect insights about potential clients, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Adjust sales strategies based on customer feedback and undertake additional responsibilities, including non‑voice tasks, as directed by supervisors.
