As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Callbox, you will be a key player in the dynamic process of identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and navigating leads through the sales pipeline. Your primary responsibility is to execute meticulously crafted sales programs, engage potential customers across diverse channels, and collaborate seamlessly with your Production Manager and Client Success Managers to ensure the success of each program.

• Delivery effective sales pitches and scripts tailored to specific customer needs and interests to convert potential leads into customers.
