SEEK Philippines is seeking a Lead Generation Executive for Jobstreet Philippines to drive revenue by engaging employers, qualifying opportunities, and connecting high-potential leads with the sales team. The role involves understanding employer needs, sourcing leads through events, research and platform signals, and documenting outcomes to support seamless handoffs with Sales.

This is a full-time role based in the Philippines with growth in a multinational tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in lead generation, customer service, sales, or business development with consistent track record.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, digital research tools, and data analysis. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, meticulous with quality focus, proven leadership abilities, and strong organizational capabilities.
• Industry knowledge: recruitment industry trends, corporate hiring practices, and B2B sales processes in the recruitment technology space.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, qualification and discovery.

• Ask thoughtful questions to understand hiring needs, budget, decision-making authority and timelines.
• Document discovery outcomes clearly in the agreed systems to support strong sales handoffs.

• Collaborate with Sales to maintain a smooth handoff process and improve conversion outcomes.
• Follow pre-sales playbooks, workflows and service levels for a consistent customer experience.
• Share feedback on objections and employer needs to improve campaigns and processes.
• Contribute to improving efficiency, quality and visibility across the funnel.

About The Role

TheLead Generation ExecutiveforJobstreet Philippineswill support revenue growth by engaging companies that show interest in hiring on our platform, qualifying opportunities through consultative conversations and connecting high-potential leads with the sales team.

This role is responsible for understanding employer needs, identifying hiring challenges and capturing the right information so Sales can focus on the best opportunities.

Lead sourcing, qualification and discovery

• Reach out to employers who have shown interest in our hiring solutions and qualify opportunities through timely, consultative conversations.
• Source new leads through channels such as marketing events, online research, platform signals and other prospecting activities to build a healthy pipeline.
• Ask thoughtful questions following the BANT framework to understand hiring needs, budget, decision‑making authority and timelines.
• Identify employer pain points and match them to the right next step with the sales team.

Sales handoff and pipeline support

• Document discovery outcomes clearly and accurately in the agreed systems and templates to support strong sales handoffs.
• Apply qualification criteria consistently so only suitable opportunities are progressed to Sales.
• Work closely with Sales to maintain a smooth handoff process and improve acceptance and conversion outcomes.

Process discipline and continuous improvement

• Follow pre‑sales playbooks, workflows and service levels to ensure a consistent customer and internal experience.
• Share feedback on common objections, employer needs and lead quality trends to help improve processes and campaigns.
• Contribute to improving ways of working by identifying practical opportunities to increase efficiency, quality and visibility across the funnel.

Performance and collaboration

• Contribute to team performance targets across contact rates, qualification rates, handoff volume and sales acceptance outcomes.
• Use data and feedback to improve personal performance and the quality of discovery conversations.
• Partner effectively with Sales, Marketing and relevant internal teams to support better lead quality and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Professional certifications are helpful.
• Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, customer service, sales, or business development with consistent track record.
• Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, digital research tools, and data analysis. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Characteristics: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, meticulous with quality focus, proven leadership abilities, and strong organizational capabilities.
