• Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing or Business-related courses are an advantage).
• At least 2 years of lead generation experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team of 5 or more members.
• Experience generating B2B leads through sales and marketing campaigns.
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
• Experience in telesales or cold calling is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and lead generation/CRM tools.
