Job summary

Genfinity Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Lead HRIS Analyst to maintain and enhance Workday HCM. You will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to deliver efficient, automated processes and guide the team through problem solving and improvements.

You will design security, develop reports and dashboards, support Workday releases, and mentor team members, driving scalable Workday configurations for current and future needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in HR ERP system development with enterprise software troubleshooting.
• 5+ years Workday HCM with multiple modules.
• Proficient in Workday report writing, dashboards and hubs.
• Strong knowledge of Workday business processes and security.
• Able to translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations.

Responsibilities

• Support system administration: business process configuration and design of Workday HR.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deploy high-quality solutions in an Agile framework.
• Identify dependencies and downstream impacts to minimize adverse effects.
• Design and develop custom reports to meet business requirements.
• Configure and administer security in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Deliver end-user support by conducting root cause analysis and resolving issues via the ticketing system.
• Create and maintain documentation for design, configuration, and testing of changes.
• Manage design and development of deliverables independently.
• Support Workday release activities.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members.
