HermanMiller in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to own Workday Core HCM and Talent. You will collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, Payroll, and business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, configuration, testing, reporting, and continuous process improvements across the employee lifecycle.

The role emphasizes accurate data governance and close collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

Experience supporting Workday HCM and Talent modules.

Experience with testing and production support.

Responsibilities

Own Workday Core HCM and Talent functional configuration.
Support production issues, enhancements, and optimizations.
Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
Configure and test business processes, condition rules, validations, and security impacts.
Lead Workday release testing and regression activities.
Partner with HR COEs to improve business processes.
Support integrations and downstream system impacts.
Develop reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
Ensure data integrity and governance compliance.
Create and maintain functional documentation and knowledge articles.
