Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 Years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Workday or similar HRIS/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on collaboration.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Workday components such as Core HCM, Onboarding, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits, Talent/Performance, and Advanced Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in deployment of Workday modules aligning with requirements and best practices.
• Provide guidance on maintaining security roles and permissions.
• Perform User Acceptance Tests and coordinate results between developers and business.
• Collaborate with technical teams to build and maintain integrations with other systems.
• Test and troubleshoot change requests and assist on integration projects.
