Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Workday Payroll expert to join our team in Manila. You will provide SME support for Payroll Workday and related modules, drive deployment, configuration and integration efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable HR/payroll solutions.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and hands-on experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in Workday Payroll and related modules
• Experience with Agile SAFe, Kanban and Scrum
• Strong communication, analytical and self-directed work style

Responsibilities

• Provides SME on Payroll Workday and related modules
• Supports the software development lifecycle for software solutions
• Deploys, configures, and supports business applications
• Configures, customizes, and integrates vendor-sourced software with internal systems like SAP
• Updates existing code to fix bugs or implement minor enhancements
