The role requires hands-on Workday configuration, integration, automation, and a strong focus on system reliability, payroll accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Time & Leave, HCM, and related Workforce Management capabilities is required.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Proven ability to develop, configure, test, and support Workday integrations and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Workday Time & Leave, HCM, and related areas including Payroll Integrations and Absence Management.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis for Workday and related apps.
• Design, implement, and test integrations between Workday and other enterprise platforms; monitor data loads and interfaces.
