Job summary

GCash in the Philippines seeks a Workday integration specialist to connect HR systems with external services. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders to shape the integration roadmap and ensure reliable data exchange across environments.

You will design, build, test, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Web Services, while performing health checks and tenant migrations. The team offers growth, a collaborative culture, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on Workday integration development in production or project context.
Familiar with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors for inbound/outbound data.
Experience with REST, SOAP, XML, JSON data and security basics.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to influence the integration roadmap and long-term strategy.
Perform system health checks, monitor jobs, logs and API timeouts for 100% data exchange.
Manage tenant migrations across Sandbox, Implementation, and Production using Workday tools.
Contribute to architecture design, data flows, and secure file transfers (SFTP/PGP).
Design, build, test, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
Support projects and vendor migrations requiring technical IT activities and releases.
Document procedures, runbooks, data mappings, and architecture diagrams for IT.
