Job summary

Cevio Hotel Corporation in Tacloban is seeking a Dining Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the hotel's dining outlets, ensuring smooth service, guest satisfaction, and top-notch food safety and presentation.

You will lead servers, hosts, and bussers, coordinate with the kitchen, manage the POS system, and maintain inventory and end-of-shift cash reconciliation, while upholding high standards and a guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of hospitality leadership experience in a hotel or restaurant.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Residing in Tacloban or nearby areas.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift service, manage seating flow, and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Train, schedule, and guide servers, hosts, and bussers; conduct daily pre-shift briefings.
• Greet guests, handle special requests, and resolve service complaints promptly.
• Act as a bridge between front-of-house staff and the kitchen team to maintain fast, accurate order delivery.
• Manage POS system transactions, perform end-of-shift cash reconciliations, and track dining inventory.
