Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping, with 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, sanitation standards, and room inspection practices.
• Familiarity with housekeeping equipment, chemicals, and proper safety procedures.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to achieve quality and productivity standards.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with guests and other hotel departments.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and hotel service standards.
• Proficient in preparing housekeeping reports, attendance records, and inventory monitoring.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
